In the warehouse, unstable Wi-Fi caused dropped connections during phone calls and while processing orders through the EPOS system, leading to lost customer orders. CloudFusion installed the LG iPECS cloud phone system, complete with iPECS One softphone and mobile app for staff and field sales agents.
For IT, CloudFusion integrated a Microsoft environment, including 365, Defender, backup, and email signature solutions. After six months of stable connectivity, phone systems, and secure IT services, CloudFusion advised Salon Business Solutions on the relevant CRM system. To further enhance operations, CloudFusion implemented Daktela, an omnichannel contact center that integrates with their CRM and allows seamless communication with customers via social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp.
