With 28 years in the Telecom and IT industry, CloudFusion was established to provide businesses with honest advice and tailored solutions. We focus on helping you concentrate on what matters most – your business, whilst building genuine partnerships regardless of your business size.

Managing Director

With over 23 years of expertise in telecommunications and IT, Carl is a cloud technology specialist. He integrates IT knowledge into Digital Signage Systems, ensuring seamless delivery for multi-site clients with diverse and complex networking needs. Carl collaborates closely with marketing and IT teams, ensuring the technical success of major projects.

Chelsea Lowe,
Director

Chelsea brings over 15 years of expertise in sales strategy, marketing, and leadership, having led high-performing teams and driven revenue growth across diverse industries. With experience in both corporate and consultancy settings, she is passionate about optimising business operations, enhancing productivity, and empowering businesses to achieve their full potential.

Explore Carl Lowe’s journey through telecoms, IT, and the evolution of cloud technology. From his award-winning career to the companies he’s founded, see how his ability to adapt to shifting technology and customer needs led to the creation of CloudFusion.

1998 – 2013

  • Worked for a large UK Telecommunications company with over 44k customers
  • Began as a customer service agent, promoted to BDM, Field Sales, Sales Manager then Sales Director within 5 years (by 2003)
  • Managed cabling upgrades (Cat5e, 6, Fibre), LAN/WAN, and service migrations with multiple network providers for broadband and leased lines
  • Promoted to Managing Director in 2008
  • Led adoption of SIP, VOIP, and Cloud to modernise industry and telephony systems

2013-2019

  • Founded own Cloud Telecoms company, selling cloud solutions directly to the SME market
  • Purchased 2 additional companies – telecoms and an IT company
  • Became an MSP (managed service provider) in 2015
  • Within three years (2016) had over 500 clients and a total of 4000 end users
  • We built our own CRM, dialer system, and cloud telephony platform in-house
  • By year five, we had 1,500+ clients across the UK, Channel Islands, Europe, US, and the Middle East, with 35+ staff

2019-2022

  • Became an independant Cloud Technology Consultant specialising in technology systems and processes within SME’s and Enterprises
  • Advised businesses on cloud technology throughout covid 19 and helped assist with the correct solutions for remote working

2022-2025

  • Created CloudFusion in 2022 through the realisation that many businesses were misinformed during COVID, had the wrong systems in place and needed the correct advice.
  • CloudFusion started as a consultancy business, advising SME’s and partnering with the most suitable reseller.
  • Within 6 months, our business model changed from consulting and advising to becoming a reseller of Ericsson LG partner to sell and manage contracts ourselves.
  • Became an MSP providing IT services in addition to telecoms, connectivity, mobile and energy in 2024.
  • Opened the new South East office in 2025
