CloudFusion implemented a comprehensive solution for Salon Business Solutions, beginning with a leased line to provide a stable internet connection, improving staff communication and preventing service disruptions. They also deployed a secure firewall and Unify Wi-Fi system, including access points, routers, switches, firewall and base stations, ensuring effective network management. CloudFusion installed the LG iPECS cloud phone system, complete with iPECS One softphone and mobile app for staff and field sales agents.
For IT, CloudFusion integrated a Microsoft environment, including 365, Defender, backup, and email signature solutions. After six months of stable connectivity, phone systems, and secure IT services, CloudFusion advised Salon Business Solutions on the relevant CRM system. To further enhance operations, CloudFusion implemented Daktela, an omnichannel contact center that integrates with their CRM and allows seamless communication with customers via social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp.
